Employer groups that employ less than 20 employees are subject to Nevada State Continuation of Coverage guidelines which can be found under NRS 689B.245 on the Nevada State Division of Insurance Website at http://www.doi.state.nv.us/ or call the Nevada State Division of Insurance at (775) 687-4270.
