Southern Nevada New Broker Onboarding Information

Welcome, New Broker Partners! Hometown Health is a partner to insurance brokers and we work with you to make it easy to bring employer groups, individuals & families, and Medicare recipients to Hometown Health.
Hometown Health is looking forward to working with our new broker partners. To begin the onboarding process with Hometown Health, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Set-up an eQuote Account
Need help setting up your eQuote account? Read the Making an eQuote Account Guide here.
Step 2: Complete the Independent Agent, Writing Agent, or Managing Agency form depending on your status and include your AHIP Certification and submit to Jen Curwen (jcurwen@hometownhealth.com) To better understand the the difference between these two forms, you can review the VUE Agent/Agency User Manual PowerPoint.
Step 3: Once Hometown Health receives your eQuote account approval, it takes 3-4 business days to receive the VUE Onboarding invite.
Step 4: Complete the VUE Onboarding Invite and upload all requested documents into the VUE portal.
This step is very important so please provide ALL requested documents.
Step 5: Allow 2-5 business days for CEO approval.
Step 6: After 5 business days, please login to your eQuote account to confirm your account has been approved. Click the VUE tab in the top right corner to access VUE.
If you are not directed to the VUE portal, please contact Jen Curwen (jcurwen@hometownhealth.com)
Step 7: If you have access to the VUE portal, your onboarding is complete.
Step 8: Please complete the Southern Nevada Broker Test.

Every broker is required to take this test and must get a passing score of 85% or higher. You may take the quiz as many times as needed to receive a passing score. Please make sure to enter all of your contact information correctly so we can process your results as quickly as possible.
