Pay Your Premium Online
To assist our employer groups during the COVID-19 crisis, Hometown Health is offering credit card payment options for groups with 100 employees or less.
In the upcoming weeks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment with Wells Fargo will be added for
groups. More information to come on this option when it becomes available.
To pay your premium electronically, you will want to have your invoice handy. You will need:
1. Your Invoice Number
2. Your Account Number
3. The Premium Amount

If you have multiple invoices for HMO and PPO plan options, you will need to pay each one separately.
Please be sure credit card name and address information entered matches
to the information your bank has on file or your payment could be declined.
