Hometown Health‘s Health Hotline is available to Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus members is staffed seven days a week, 24 hours per day by registered nurses licensed in Nevada and California. Nurses have special training for answering questions and follow medical guidelines approved by physicians. They will help you determine the appropriate level of care for your condition.
Health Hotline cannot answer medical questions for callers outside of Nevada and California because of state nursing licensure regulations.
