**To ensure the health and safety of our community, we have cancelled our low-cost lab draw events for 2020.**

Smart Health Connection Monthly Health Screenings

Smart Health Connection Monthly Health Screenings are low-cost lab draws designed for uninsured individuals and individuals with high-deductible or catastrophic health insurance plans.
Required: Fasting is recommended for 10 hours prior to the tests. You may take medications and drink water only. 
The following tests are available without a physician lab order:
  • Glucose — For evaluation of blood sugars and to assess for diabetes — $10
  • Lipid Panels — Includes: Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, & Calculated LDL — $20
  • Glycohemoglobin (HbA1c) — For diabetic only. This test will assess blood sugar control for diabetics — $30
The following optional lab tests are available and require a physician lab order:
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel & Lipid Profile — Tests for 14 different measurements including cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides — $35
  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel Only — $25
  • Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) — Blood test for prostate cancer — $40
  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) — Measures the amount of thyroid stimulating hormone in the blood. Helps evaluate if your thyroid gland is working properly — $40
  • Free Thyroxine — Used to evaluate thyroid function and diagnose thyroid disease — $20
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) — Determines number of platelets, red and white blood cells, checks for anemia, leukemia, and problems with blood clotting — $20
  • Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy — Used to identify a possible deficiency in Vitamin D — $45
Lab results will be available in EPIC (Renown’s electronic medical records) or sent to the physician from the lab via the current reporting method. Participants can view their results through MyChart within 3-5 days.. Results can also be picked up at any of the 14 Renown Lab locations with a photo ID.
