Hometown Health has standards-based APIs for Interoperability that enable third party application vendors to connect their applications to access Hometown Health data.
Our interoperability APIs enable Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus members to consent to have their healthcare data as qualified through the Interoperability regulations to be shared with third-party applications. They provide our partners access to connect to provider and pharmacy directories, as well as pharmacy formularies.
