2022 Plans

For plan year 2022, Hometown Health has several different plan types that allow for members to pay their premium different ways. It is important to know your plan type before selecting the options below to pay your premium.

Hometown Health Plans Purchased Through a Broker or Directly from Hometown Health

Make a fast, secure and convenient online payment using a credit card, debit card, or eCheck through MyChart based on your invoice. Your invoice will be located in MyChart for your convenience. If you do not yet have a MyChart account, we recommend creating one. Click below to login to MyChart or create an account.

Pay Premium Through MyChart
If you are unable to login to MyChart, you can still pay your premium online as a guest. All you need is your subscriber ID or insurance account number.

Hometown Health Plans Purchased on Nevada Health Link

Members who purchased their Hometown Health Plan on Nevada Health Link will make their premium payments through Softheon.
