Renown Health and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) have affiliated to establish the first fully integrated health system in Nevada. This relationship will create an enhanced health care network with increased access to clinical care, and expanded clinical training and clinical research programs. Renown Transfer and Operations Center (RTOC) is powered by Renown doctors, nurses, technicians and national technology partners. The team at this state-of-the-art facility has a birds-eye view of what’s happening across our entire delivery system – helping ensure seamless care for patients and providers for 27 counties across northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe and northeast California.

We are excited to make accessing and viewing your benefits even easier through MyChart! Starting Jan. 1, 2022, Hometown Health members will be able to view their health insurance benefit information including member ID cards, claims, referrals and more by logging in to MyChart.
MyChart has a variety of options to make the healthcare experience easier. MyChart users can self-schedule appointments, view estimates and pay bills, manage their prescriptions, securely message their providers and more. MyChart users can also conveniently and easily schedule a virtual visit with a Renown Health provider.
Renown Health offers two pharmacy locations in Reno and share electronic medical record access with Renown providers. This means when you use a Renown Pharmacy, you can order refills and check prescription status through MyChart, making managing your prescriptions even easier! If you take a maintenance medication, you can save money and time by signing up for mail order through Renown Pharmacy. Learn more here.
