Use The MyChart Cost Calculator to determine how and when to obtain referrals and authorizations for specific services, as applicable.

Step 1: Login to MyChart (Don’t have a MyChart account? Visit the MyChart page here to learn more.)

Step2: From the Menu, Scroll to the “Insurance” section, and select ‘Cost Calculator’.

Step 3: Enter a procedure description or code.
